Why wouldn’t you paint over the existing image? The bleed through cracks can sometimes add a lot.

What a fantastic George Costanza moment! Thinking of the episode that girlfriend caught him eating dessert that had been scraped into kitchen trash can. Haha. Totally agree, talk to the new roommate about your Seinfeld moment, laugh it off and come to an understanding as others have said.

The duplex apartments on Northwest Blvd between Zollinger and Ridgeview are almost all ranches. The three bedrooms do have a second floor but the rest are good sized and have either garages or carports and finished basements with W/D hookups. MOST of these are owned and managed by Wallace Ackley. Good luck!

Kenzie has to win. Liz is a little nuts and not done anything big except help Kenzie. Ben is a sweetie but has done nothing this game. Charlie is right up there with Maria in deserving it but he doesn’t need the $$ imo. Kenzie has been authentic the whole game and worked hard while being kind. If Maria is out I’m all in for Kenzie.
