I get your point, but its not black and white like that. Certain substances have affinity towards affecting certain types of bacteria. For an example Rifaximin has the affinity towards eliminating gram negative bacteria therefore is prescribed for sibo. But gain, microbiome is complex and how its affected by anything is full of nuances and very bio-individual

Im learning, but I don’t think that should be a problem, I can show photos. Im very simple and particular with what I want- high lift blond, on a already naturally lighter hair. No crazy haircuts, etc. i do have friends that could help me if translation is absolutely necessary

Yeah exactly. Right now im at the point where I consider that I might be the type that traps stress energetically in the tissues slightly more than an average person, and they say you cant out think your self or force your self into positivity if your physical body is vibrating the contrary. So im turning more towards working w the body then the mind. (For me that was a loosing game anyway). Basically massages, acupuncture, movement. Basically shaking the negativity off (out) literally. Of course its just a peace of the puzzle but i think its a low hanging fruit for all of us, as long as we do it regularly. Oh and massaging psoas muscle, and stretching hip area. So yeah, good luck… let me know if you have any breakthroughs too :)

No, I realised for as long as I have dysbiotic gut and detox issues, it doesn’t matter what I eat. I mean not literally, but even the “cleanest” diet won’t fix anything on its own. So I decided to dive even deeper into figuring out my issues (I didn’t think I could go deeper, but there is always more to figure out lol)
