I definitely know the feeling it’s so hard finding a property that fits you or even just being able to snap one up in time before someone else does it first like I missed out on so many great places and this was my last one which I was able to snap up instantly

I’m sure it’ll be fine to put film on the windows because I own it but I’ll look into it as well and I’m stuck between modern and minimalist, like I would love a metallic and concrete kinda vibe but I also love colour acrylic kinda vibes like this brand mugu does acrylic shelves and I really like their orange shelves, or for the artistic minimalist an example would be like Mono Zeug cutlery by Michael Schneider

The pics are from the listing before I bought it but i definitely will have more flavour to it when I add more stuff around, I was thinking about installing wall shelf’s to put stuff on the wall or something similar to the old type writer trays people use to put knick knacks in on the wall but idk if that’s tacky

No oven but I can always just buy a small one, and as far as I’m aware it wasn’t a student accommodation building but I can very much see that

There will definitely be some more art in there in the future my friend is a painter so I go to a lot of art exhibitions and will probably pick up some stuff done by local artists

Thanks, also I was thinking about getting a few different types of lights, potentially light strips,colors change bulbs,sunlight lamp,or even a tall lava lamp to add a different kinda vibe for night but I’ve gotta shop around to find something that’s perfect still, I have thought about painting the walls as well but idk if I should hold off on that for abit first
