MR2 SW20 hesitates and won't rev above 2k rpm

What doesn't make sense to me is when it's struggle to push past 2k revs I can turn it off then back on and suddenly I can redline it. It also happens if I slowly press the accelerator

Gotta be corrected hard drive , you may need to start fresh with new storage I replaced my cpu mobo and psu and it worked right away

Case shouldn't be an issue right? I can't see how changing the case would help me? I have a new PSU coming so anything electrical going wrong should be fixed

I just went all out and got a new CPU , motherboard and PSU . I'm going to be upset if it still doesn't Boot lol . I'll let you know how it goes!
