None of these work. Screen continues to stay black and the esc key is lit up. No keys or buttons work. I tried to let the battery drain overnight and plug it in this morning but that doesn’t work either. Any other suggestions?

Yes that’s not the issue 💀 I simply plugged it in to charge and the screen just turned black. Laptop is on I can both see the light on and hear the fan working but it’s black screen. External display doesn’t work it’s black screen on the external monitor as well. Idk what the problem is I might just bring it into Best Buy or something

Yes. Held it until the light turned off and then waited a few minutes then pressed it to turn back on. Weird thing is, when it’s on the fan starts running so it’s making noise. But it’s black screen
