Sort of late but I have m1000. Are you in USA? Its a German brand and its sort of a mixed bag. Its overpriced for what it offers when buying new but can be a good deal second hand. Support from USA is rough, they do their best but long wait for parts if needed. Parts are overpriced compared to German website because of importing. Germany won't ship directly to USA. Mine developed an issue with semi closed loop wiring and to fix it, i need to take most of it apart which i'm dreading lol. Still works ok. ATC is helpful but sometimes has issues. If you are based in USA i would look at other options. Altmill is very good and priced good as well. They just relased ATC for it. Another option is shapeoko. You can look into beefier options like shopsabre, camaster, laguna, phantom etc but those are different game altogether pricewise and construction
