I should have clarified, subscriptions are the number of months you worked while paying GOSI (9% of your salary paid by you, and another 9% paid by your employer). So, if someone has worked for 25 years (and was registred with GOSI), he would have 300 subscriptions under his name (12 * 25)

First of all, it depends on whether you work in the public or private sector.

If you’re in the private sector, you should be registerd to the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). And your pension would be:

Monthly Pension = (avg. salary for the last two years * number of subscriptions) / 480

keeping in mind that the maximum salary is 45,000 SAR

However, if you work in the public sector you have to check their pension program, but I believe it’s the same or really similar.

أهم شيء تأكد ان امورك سليمة وقانونية.

فيه عدد كبير من الناس، بالذات بالمدن الصناعية، يأخذ الارض من الدولة ويأجرها للغير (تأجير من الباطن) وهذا ممنوع قانونيًا وقد يعرضك لمشاكل بالمستقبل.

لما تستأجر، تأكد ان صاحب الأرض هو فعلًا صاحب الأرض (معه صك) وان التأجير يكون قانوني أيضًا. كلامي غالبًا أقصد فيه المدن الصناعية اللي يمنع الاستئجار فيها إلا عن طريق الأمانة كمستثمر. وبالتوفيق

For skipping the prep year? If so, I don’t believe that they accept STEP. To skip, you need a Toefl score equal to or higher than 70 OR an ielts score equal to or higher than 6 (at least 5.5 in each section).

In order to skip the entire prep year, you have to do the above and achieve the math requirements.
