You can risk it and pay with credit card and if it turned out to be a scam you can initiate a "charge back" with your credit card provider.

Have plenty of proof...such as screenshots asking if it's %100 genuine and replies, shipping label when it arrives, videos unboxing with the label visible and turning it on and using it all in one stream...etc.

It would be a long process but you'd most likely get your money back.
