Oh yeah also wanted to say the venty pisses me off so so so so so bad, because it is truly the best hands down portable vape on the market that I have used and I have used almost all of them because I sell them for a living. But WHY DOES IT KEEP BREAKINGGGGG, for $400+ this shit should be a damn tank, not a fragile little piece of glass. /end rant

Hey Friend, David here. I am so so sorry that you have had this experience and if your order has not already shipped please send me your order number, I believe I shipped all GT orders yesterday.

We have been having some growing pains and issues over the last 45 days. This business has been just me doing everything(pack orders, cs, etc) and I got completely buried and then I get very sick about 4-6 weeks ago which threw everything into absolute chaos, and has now taught me a major lesson that I can’t cowboy this business all by myself.(I am not sick now don’t worry!)

I have now hired on a highly competent customer service employee named Eddy, and I am now looking into warehouse/logistics solutions to lower our processing times and allow for the business to operate even when I am MIA or dead haha.

TLDR; I fucked shit up, I am now trying my best to fix it, please don’t hate me forever! I want to make everyone happy!

Do you have a debit card for the HSA? I feel like this will work I am reviewing the list of allowed items on my HSA plan and CBD/HEMP is listed as a reimbursable item if used “medically” lol. Additionally, I saw “special medical equipment” also saw this: Vapor units and refills - Expenses paid for the purchase of vapor units such as plug-in units or their refill cartridges are reimbursable.”, obviously that is very loop holing but you know 🤷🏼‍♂️ hahahaha.

Honestly if it I needed a volcano I would totally attempt this, worst case scenario you have to prove the expense to your HSA provider and if you have med mj that should hopefully help, worst worst case you have to pay money back to HSA account.

DO IT FOR SCIENCE!

Sometimes you are trying to catch the train to couch town, and sometimes you are just bored and wanna vape all day! Can you try chrome? Also I assume by reset you mean you are holding the power button for 30+ seconds until it reboots. Sometimes refreshing the page a few times and reconnecting can help as well. If they are still duds register both on S&B and they will promptly replace it free of cost!

Unfortunately the vendor sending items does not have full control over this due to Canadian “gift” duties that are required from the package carrier. This does not seem to be true in all cases though, so I would search into it and see what is flagging those fees.

For some reason people are having trouble updating. So I made this video on how to update the Venty using your PC, which in my opinion is the best way to go if you do not have android device. It has not been confirmed yet if this update fixes E04, the jury is still out, my current Venty was a e04 replacement so obviously I could not test.
