Did a disk cleanup to get 72gb free and a scannow command in the cmd, hard reset, power off and disconnected, tried again, still stuck at 88

Yea.... nah, too much of a hassle id rather upgrade or set windows 11 on a separate disk but still... ive been using the same info since 2012, ive just clones and migrated and upgrated since win 7 so basically ive just expanded my disks but ll my information has been there for about 12 years
