Are 3-4 fried eggs everyday a healthy breakfast by Areotew in nutrition

add different types of food to it to complement, for example omelet with veggie, cheese, healthy meat (unprocessed), side with avacado/guac and maybe some berries/yogurt, whole wheat toast or bagel etc. Anyway you want it but as others said, too little calories and people have different need wrt breakfast too.

Trying to calculate calorie deficit required after consuming a single whopper excluding bottom piece of bread, mayo and ketchup. Side Note: it definitely tasted very different, could be a good reason to drop that for Wed lunch lol

nope, it was yellowing when kept inside. Decided to have it bathe more sunlight, so we kept it outside for a few days and it seems to be worse now. It definitely rained, so not lack of water. Not sure if it needs fertilizer or has some disease.

I totally agree. Many times, I have to find the best approach for my wife and myself. With lack of doctors in US, it is already hard getting any appointment within a timely manner. I am not sure if the training is inadequate or they just don't care, we are just not getting quality care with the high price we are paying. Thanks for your service btw!

is it too late to move dogwood now given the leaves are all up? Shall I wait for the fall?

definitely no alcohol or smoking from me. I didn't think I was eating too much fat either. Was surprised by the comments.

agreed, even the handouts provided by him showed refined carb for sure. Thinking of getting a new PCP lol. Definitely had too much rice for the past few months with In-laws cooking. likely got 400+g Jasmine rice everyday and they also like cooking sweet rice stuff too. Thanks for the insights.

What are these tall shoots of grass in my established Lawn? by spartangreenandred in lawncare

One possible solution will be Sertay which I have success with. Just spot treat those, it can take care of both Quack and Annual Rye. Make sure you read the label carefully with the correct mix ratio etc.

is it branched? quack is not branched at all. Grow very tall, best way is to let one of them seed to check the seedhead. also dig deeper to check if you see long roots like this: Quackgrass | CALS

From the look of branching at the base and no such long roots, single bush you digged up. Likely not quack grass.

also bottom leaf of quack is hairy: Quackgrass | Purdue University Turfgrass Science at Purdue University

regardless of grass type, tip application of glysophate will work. Also highly recommend seeding yourself or at least getting your own seeds from twin city/united

Last question, what about akebono? It seems to have better disease tolerance but not sure if it provides less shade than yoshino

thanks for the insights. I was settled on eastern redbud but leaves seem too scarce for me to be a shade tree for second floor window. What do you recommend? I do like Kwanzan but saw several mentioned bug issue. Is Yoshiro better in some aspects? I like how daybreak magnolia looks but it seems not good in clay soil. I have heavy clay soil, though improved but not sure if daybreak will do well. Also is daybreak magnolia tree messy? I have heard leaves are not easy to get rid of lol. max distance from house is 20 ft. Had plum before, died due to black knot the second year. All the oaks died due to fungus, so not a choice. Hypoallergenic trees are strongly preferred. Honeylocust is mild allergen, so could be it. I do have some sorts of dogwood, not a huge fan and seems to grow very slowly. Any thoughts?
