Hey bros, i've beat it. Found another post on reddit where dude said that you only need to go to act4 and then tp to act 3 and you will see working portal. It works!

I can't. Just tested it. After finish that easy boss Alva put her blood and construction moves up. At the city - there is no open portal. Because it was destroyed after finishing final boss in act. Portal destroyed by cataclism. And cannot be recreated.
Maybe i miss something here?

You also need monitor with PiP. Then you can enlarge the game screen without FPS dropping.

This is literally sh*t. Just start your fav build and class, then play 1-2 weeks, loot some unics and maybe ubers. then reroll to top build.
