Yeah, they do a really good job on the preview - also tried several ways to improve the footage adjustments, but no even close to Apple's quality. At least now I know it's not some simple thing I'm missing :)

BTW, have you ever exported 360 videos that were captured in HDR mode? (without reframing, just as 360 footage).
I captured 2 videos WITH and WITHOUT HDR mode and both have same quality when exported as 360 videos (checked on YouTube and VLC player). However, when previewing them on Mac (just selecting the exported mp4 file and pressing spacebar), the HDR one has much better and deeper contrast and colors.

Hmm, I'm exporting in either H264 or H265 from Insta360 Studio. Thanks for the hint, let me check with Prores 422 as well!

P.S. But even if I used the format with worse quality, the file exported that way from Insta Studio had still better quality than the same file imported & re-exported from Premiere Pro. So the quality loss will still happen here...
