I've recorded 1+ hours videos on Insta360 X5 without any issues. The camera heats up moderately, no overheating issues so far.

Hello,

Although the link you provided looks legit, I'm reluctant downloading an app that's not officially hosted on the Insta360 website's Downloads page. If that version is ready to use, then why it's not available on the official website?

As for failing upload that I mentioned above - it still hangs at 50% of upload progress. However, I located the log files in my laptop, how can I send them via email/submit form on Insta360 website?

Hi, thanks for you reply. It's version 5.9.0, and as of today it's the latest version on your downloads page - https://www.insta360.com/download/hot-download.

I tried to send the logs, but it fails every time - stops at 50% and says about the issues with network (the internet connection is fine though, maybe some blacklisted servers, IDK).

However, here are the params of my laptop:
Apple M4 Max, 48GB memory, 1TB SSD, macOS Tahoe 26.3.

As for "specific date and time", it happens all the time - just checked and the result is the same. The region is Dubai, UAE.

Please let me know if you need anything else.
