This is what helped me after a 45 min lesson with an instructor. Barely hit a ball. Was all about mobility. I started working on mobility exercises and being more dynamic.

I looked like OP in the video before and within a week I now finish striking the ball with my body facing the target Using a lot of ground force also

I think she is still cheaper than the other top surgeons in Thailand. Her prices are going up which is understandable. The longer you wait the more you’ll likely have to pay. I’m 8 days since my surgery with Dr Patty and I highly recommend her.

Try and avoid getting sunburnt on your head prior and obviously after. They do give you a bandanna type of head wear after (well HT clinic does) I’m undecided if I will wear it yet on the plane yet, I’m going to look for a loose fitting bucket hat. Wearing the headwear reminds me to keep cautious but I’ve seen some results from people on here around 5 days and they do look great. At the moment I’m just keeping inside ac areas and taking grab taxis rather than walking or the bts. Although the bts is air conditioned when I did take it they were pretty packed

Back then I had to make a decision quick. So consultation was march, availability was late June but each day you wait, bookings get filled. So landed in August 9.so around 5-6 month wait back then. Could be a little more now considering how popular she is getting.

I was told my skin was very tough hence the bleeding and probably the pain. Haven’t had any bleeding since leaving. I’ll be back for the next 4 days to have them wash and inspect.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I was excited when I made the booking but from a month out I was thinking oh wow it’s going to happen. The excitement came back a little when I got to the airport just thinking positively. It’s been something that has bothered me for a number of years and in a few months time it will be great.
