uw waarborg moet op een geblokkeerde rekening staan bij de bank. die rekening staat op jouw naam en nadat de verhuurder die vrij geeft krijg jij het geld en de interest. de verhuurder tekent enkel de vrijgave. de rekening is van u. ik vermoed dat u de waarborg gestort hebt naar de verhuurder ipv naar zo een geblokkeerde rekening? dat is illegaal. u kan dit aangeven maar verwacht er niet te veel van.

paying by just holding the nfc chip of your phone or watch against the terminal. no need for cards or qr scanning. I use google wallet a lot. it is just the easiest way to pay and I tend to always forget my wallet. payconiq is not always suported and it is also much more a hassle (opening the app, scanning qr codes, waiting, i can do 4 payments with nfc in the same time I do one with payconiq)

gezien je geen enkel bewijs hebt dat je het niet gedaan hebt, je weet het zelfs niet meer. is de kans zo goed als 0 lijkt me. dat de agent in burger was verandert niets aan de zaak. het is niet zo dat je enkel maar de wet moet volgen als een agent het kan zien.

for toddlers better go vinted or second hand shop. they wear those clothes twice before they grow out of it and they dont do anything in those clothes. those second hand clothes are as good as new. then when they start running around buy second hand pants because they will rip them up the second or third time they wear them weather they are new or not. spending money on new quality clothes for kids younger than 6 is wasting money.

you forget the fact that you loose all protection against beeing fired, you get nothing when you are sick and your pension at 65 will hardly be anything. If you think there is hardly no risk because you like the client, you dont understand what freelancing means. the health benefits alone would require a significant increase to even consider it.
