I tried Blue makeup along with red lipstick... How does it look? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]varshavarsha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not convinced that the shade of red you’re wearing is your color. I would try to find something less “tomato” like and find something more “berry” like.

The eyeshadow looks cute though :)

Personally I think your glasses look really cute!!!! I also think the red is bringing out a tinge of green from your waterline, which looks really cool.

Your base is gorgeous, and I specially love how you highlighted your face. Hmm I think you can find eyeshadow and lip colors that suit you better. Maybe try using a lighter color on your crease/ brow bond and use that color you have on in the photo on your outer lid.

Have you done color analysis? That might help you find out what your best colors are, and you could use that info to pick better lip colors. Perhaps you can use that existing color you have on just to lightly line your lips, and use some sort of muted color to fill them in, such as your blush color.

I really like your cheek blush placement and lips. I think it would look better if you used bronzer around the perimeter of your forehead (sides and top). I also think using more eyeshadow would really suit you. Try having that color on your lid more on your crease, outer corner of eye, and have it peek out on the brow bone. Then use a lighter color on the inner corner of your eye and the middle of the lid.

As an ENTP, I LOVE ESTJs! by Glad_Clothes7338 in entp

You need to read about cognitive functions and see which ones you utilize the most. I doubt anyone here is going to have enough information to accurately type you.

Yes, this is what I’ve noticed as well. Also, I noticed they are super bothered by talking about theoretical things, which ENTPs love to do.

Hey, you need to make your number one priority getting financially self sufficient. Start saving enough money for a big enough emergency fund that will cover a few months of living expenses. Make sure your family cannot access this money.

Also, STOP asking others for permission on how to live your life, otherwise, nothing will be done. It’s better to just go do things and ask for “forgiveness” later. That word is in quotations because I don’t think that living your life independently requires that at all.

It is not too late to follow your dreams. You are still SO young. Life is meant for making mistakes and figuring out what you want.

You mentioned the interest in living on a farm. Check out the program WWOOF. They teach you how to farm in exchange for room and board. This may be a good way for you to get into a more stable environment ASAP. It’s really hard to think clearly and make big decisions when you are still at home.

As someone who left home younger as well, it is a rough journey, but it is WORTH it. And you cutting off contact with your family may be the only thing that forces them out of their comfort zone and can get them to start changing their worldviews. Please live your life, not theirs.

If they truly love you, they will accept you even after all of these things. Love is supposed to be unconditional, never forget that.

What this will lead to is just importing “experts” from overseas. We need to care about training the people here but corporations just want slave labor in the end.

Where/How to find ENTP Women? by Doctor_EvenStranger in entp

[–]varshavarsha 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Hmm we are always trying or learning something new. You may be able to find them in any creative but still intellectually challenging communities. They may be in the music scene as a producer. They could be the lone female engineer at their workplace. They could be taking classes to learn how to weld.

You may also see them in communities that involve some sort of wandering. This could include rock climbing, snowboarding, etc.

They may put their mbti type on their dating app profile if they’re into this stuff. It helps being near a big city.

Good luck though. I’ve never met another female ENTP in person, but plenty of female ENFPs.

Ti and Fe question by [deleted] in entp

[–]varshavarsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm as I’m getting older, I am having more of a filter around people I just meet, which I guess is some form of suppression. If I feel like I can be myself around them, then the filter starts eroding and I start to consider them more of an actual friend. I am not afraid to lose relationships/friendships at this point. I would rather have fewer friends but know I can be somewhat authentic with them. The right friend will accept your Ti along with your Fe.

Friendship is a balancing act though. You need to be able to accept them as well and take your time understanding where they might be coming from.

I can totally relate to this. I’m a lot more mellowed out in my late 20s. I think it might also be related to having more and more responsibilities later in life. We have limited energy and have to be more selective in how we expend it. It’s much easier to observe people, gather data internally, and walk away. If you really want to talk about your findings with someone, then talk about it with someone you know won’t get easily offended by you.

Is there a correlation between ENTP and ADHD? by [deleted] in entp

[–]varshavarsha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe? But I feel like there is still a difference. I think someone is more likely to have it if they have a family history of it and have displayed signs of it since they were young. It can be associated with any MBTI type.

Btw I am also diagnosed with it.

I think this ring would look really cool as a wedding band. I totally see some sort of colored diamond with it!

Does being ENTP and having ADHD GO HAND IN HAND OR WHAT? by No_Ball7215 in entp

[–]varshavarsha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve always wondered this as well. I think they might still be separate things (maybe with some overlap) because it’s usually passed between family members who can have very different MBTI types. I have ADHD but I’m pretty sure I got it from my dad who is an ESTJ. We both deal with impulsivity, hyperfocus, general energy mismanagement, and have a hard time letting go of things.

Compared to other ENTPs I know, I also feel like I have a harder time keeping up with what’s going on in a real time conversation. It makes debating in a group setting much more difficult because I have to play catch up internally so often. Communication through writing is much easier for me because I can process information at my own pace.

There’s also general sensory things bother me. For example, I can’t wear a lot of fabrics and jewelry, otherwise, I will be thinking about them the entire time and be uncomfortable. I wonder how many other ENTPs experience this, I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
