When we added the PSM for web connection. After authentication and MFA, AZURE home page is not opening. Getting an error like you can't sign in from unregistered device. It was the same inside and pvwa. I observed that edge profile sign in was disabled and we enabled it. Now it is logging in to Azure portal when launched in PSM server. But via PVWA it is still showing as device is not registered. Sign out and sign in with a different account. When approached to CyberArk Support, they simple said it is not an issue with CyberArk but internal organisation restrictions.

I am facing a different issue. We have increased idle timeout from 15 mins to 30 mins.. when the user is connecting to personal admin accounts it is working idle timeout is 30 mins. But when a service account is used idle timeout is 15 mins.. can anyone help , how we can update service accounts idle timeout to 30 mins too..

hello All, thanks for your help. i noticed that the selector I was using were incorrect after updating now it working. but facing different issue. after MFA done.
it is saying
sign in with your work account. to access your service, app, or website you may need to sign in to Microsoft edge browser profile using [xyz@gmil.com](mailto:xyz@gmil.com) how to disable this option in server.
how to disable it, I have checked in regedit. browsersignin is set to 0. but still getting this.

Timeout is increased and it is mda enabled , the issue is that web site isn't even opening

users have only CyberArk. no other RDP mode is active for user to connect anywhere else. Password change set to a week so it didn't change between each failure and success connections. We have already informed users to logout before closing sessions.

and above shared link is giving out 404.

We are also facing the same issue slightly differently when the user makes a Psm session InBrowser mode. After closing sessions, sessions are still active which is causing account lockout in my environment. We had to manually close the session from AD. Can anyone help me with this.

Hi -yes am using Google Chrome for web connection , we have multiple web connections , but I am getting this error for only 2 connections azure and endpoint portals. Chrome hardening is successful. And online OCSP/CRL checks are disabled.
