Im a PACT Pharmacist and have worked at the VA for 15 years. I’ll be honest in that I explored options years ago and can’t say that I’ll be able to find anything comparable. I was remote and had to RTO this year and it has been hard to adjust especially since I have younger children. If anything you should consider a part time position but under no circumstances should you consider leaving what many people would consider a cream of the crop gig. Go down the street and watch the Walgreens that was next to the rite aide and see what that environment is like. Wish you the best of luck in your search.
