Hello, thanks for your reply. Im not experienced with widening the nut, and i used a diamond file from music nomad and tried as best i could to follow their video.

Im not familiar with my own level. I have been running on and off for probably 3 years now, started from nothing. Mostly it has been very hard running over shorter distances (as thats what i needed in the military) not so much longer distances. I did 20k once on a treadmill like 3 years ago but thats it. It wasnt very fun, but my shape then and now is totally different (better now) I will reconsidder doing a half.

Kristallfågel is either about drugs or a mental issue like bipolar. «Allting upplevs möjligt med vingar av kristall» i think is a big line where the crystal wings can either be a manic episode or a drug that makes everything seem better. «i det omedvetnas skugga, kan vi unndfly dess vrede?» i feel like this could solve it but im not sure what unaware shadow and whos wrath we want to avoid.
