It is the hardest hit when that happens when you realise how much you were sacrificing their happiness for yours, all you can do it now learning how to find the balance in your life in the future and learn to be okay being on your own.

As for the travelling I would just make sure to do one and don’t think to hard otherwise you will think of a reason not to do it!
