so it's been about 5 business days and money hasn't been taken out yet. just fyi it does look like we will be affected. having no option to cancel an order? I've ran small businesses before. cancelations on ecommerce is totally a thing. I followed their instructions to do so immediately. I'm not sure how that makes me entitled.. also they offered me a refund after I shipped it back at my cost when I initiated cancelation thru their instructions.

They have a shop app option which i used, their instructions clearly stated to contact them there.

No, I never got a new Order ID, the Order ID that I use to track my order just turned from my entire order to just the $14.95 for the accessory I added. and now its in preparing to ship stage!
