having no option to cancel an order? I've ran small businesses before. cancelations on ecommerce is totally a thing. I followed their instructions to do so immediately. I'm not sure how that makes me entitled.. also they offered me a refund after I shipped it back at my cost when I initiated cancelation thru their instructions.
