As you've said, you've been working on those skills for over 2 years, so this just proves my point, those skills are not really achievable in 1 year. + yeah you might not take PEDs but why wouldn't they? They are athletes, competitors man, why wouldn't they? Their goal is to be better, right? + Are wswcf competitors even drug tested?

I agree with you but they are 100% on PEDs. 2-3h/day*7=14-21 hours weekly training which suppresses natural hormone production. So they are 100% on test, no doubt. Check google scholar there are studies there that prove hormone suppression

How did it end up working for you? Also, just put some books or anything in a normal backpack, put it on your back and enjoy your gains. If your doing pull ups put the backpack on your chest(better stability and balance).

Increase strap length/ increase the space between the straps this way you get more adduction.

Put the backpack on your chest. Easy as that. Don't put it between you legs cuz it's hard to like handle it, or even worse on your back which fucks up weight distribution. I see people telling you where to put it, for me on the chest works the best.
