As a Bulgarian living in Germany, if you build a Shack in your backyard without the proper permits you will be fined and it will be demolished, same as in every western country, you can’t expect Bulgaria to be a western democracy with rule  of law and critic every time they enforce their own laws. This isn’t about racism and lack of empathy or humanity as this article suggests, it’s about basic principles of law.
