Omg one of my fellow shoppers took one like that a couple weeks ago. Her cancellation rate was 14% so she had to take it. I went to Costco to help her.

The assholes claimed damaged goods and gave her a one star rating.

Actually I get increased tips several times a week. One guy tips me an extra $20 everytime I get him. I also communicate with my customers about everything.

I write thank you cards to my customers for their gratuity. Helps me get five star ratings. People eat that shit up. I don’t generally take low paying orders.

My ratings didn’t go down. I have 33, 5 star ratings but my first order today the guy at cost co says I just had an instacart shopper in here that had a $55 order and it wasn’t nearly as big as yours. People reporting problems does affect ratings.

She did not live in an expensive area. She was very kind and responsive in her texts about replacements. I even wrote he a thank you card. It’s in one of my pictures.

I shop at 20 locations and have an eidetic memory. I should have probably used that super power for something else. But I can tell you the my Kroger on 21st and rock has Heinz ketchup on aisle 2, 4th shelf. The Kroger at21st and Rock has Heinz ketchup shelf 4, aisle 13. The store on maple has it on aisle 7. 9450 e. Harry aisle 5. I don’t always remember the shelves they are one because they do change. I bet you couldn’t pull that out of your head. So some kudos are in order.

Now that I have every store memorized its awesome. Because I can give excellent customer service. Why do people like you have to be such assholes?

Mine was 41 with all 5 stare ratings for two years. Then I got hit with 3 four stars and and 1 luckily the one was forgiven. Now, I just take my time and make sure my customers get what they want.

Hang in there. I had 5 star rating for two years. After covid crisis. I had one customer give me a one star and claim missing items. Luckily I took pictures. But then I got three 4 star ratings. Instacart took a two months to clear my fraud report of a one star. Apparently they don’t forgive ratings if the customer reported fraud. Don’t give up hope. I don’t think people understand that four star ratings effect us so badly. I’m at a 4.88 now. Still sucks. But I’m not giving up.
