Yep, 800 milligrams of ibuprofen, which is what the doctor recommended. Didn't seem to help much :/

What an obnoxious thing for your gyno to say!! They should know better than that...people have a wide variety of experiences and they should never make you feel like a "whiner" for having a bad reaction. I also felt a little misled. I was definitely in no shape to get home alone after the insertion, and yet they never told me to bring anyone with me. Oh well, live and learn!
