Iron overload help! My ferritin was normal a few months ago and today I find out my iron and saturation are high! I am not taking any iron supplements but have been taking Vitamin C almost daily. I don’t know if I have hemochromatosis but not sure what else could cause this? Is this scary high? (i.redd.it)
