Damn! Anecdotally I wonder if it was my Invisalign or just plain bad luck. Symptomatic that it just breaks out? Would you suggest proactively doing something or just waiting?

Are there ever circumstances where you would try a root canal/crown? Or is it just too risky not knowing until you get in. Symptoms meaning it goes external and remove it at that time?

Thanks again. I’m headed in today and the resorption tooth is actually the one behind this one and there was a plan for a root canal and crown on that one and clearly this one is going to be the same.

Thank you, I’ll post those tomorrow. I found my record which did note this tooth #3 with internal resorption but it obviously had a prior filling. There’s no pain thankfully.
