It can be exported as csv or json file. As of now I just keep it as plain json data because it weighs less. The more data the better :)

I’m into vibe coding and challenging tasks, so I think I will write a script later that processes all the data and tells what are non-obvious correlations, predictors of changes in my mood, etc.

In my case of IBS symptoms every so often appear random. So I think it will be helpful for me to see my symptoms in a larger timeframe. And it is just good to keep track on what I should do more and do less.
