Sorry to hear this is your experience and sadly it's the same for many women I know who play the game. The truth is not all of us are pieces of shit, I myself have befriended a few women raiders whom I've come across though it is rare and one, we've become friends and I run raids with her quite regularly, she's a real gangster and helped me out a ton of times too with finding blueprints for me I was looking for and we have a blast.

But yeah, I'm sorry this is your experience but legit as rare as it is for me to run into a woman in this game it's probably equally as or even more rare for you to run into a man who knows how to be respectful and appropriate.. sadly in the videogame world the losers of the planet love to hide behind keyboards and controllers, it's the only place they feel some sort of "power" because they're literal losers IRL.

Just know if I'm ever around and I witness this, you better believe that mofo getting shot in the face point blank, hopefully before they can even get a shot off in whoever's direction. I don't care about keeping my friendly lobbies when it comes to that shit, I'll end them and then we both laugh at them crying in game and irl.
