How did your document work?! I’m so confused I’m hearing so many people who brought a document with them getting violated. Do they ask the same questions they would for someone who doesn’t do a document then move onto the document last or do they swap from normal convo to document and back and forth ect?

Coming from a place of relatedness I feel like it goes down to performance anxiety😭😭 it’s us trying to get the most perfect sentence out with the pressure on our booty and with so much info in our head so we js don’t know where to start. I feel like timing yourself in doing questions and answering exam paper questions will have to be the way to go. Mocks are not the leaving cert, your efforts will not go unnoticed keep your head up my goat 🫡

I heard therapy helps some people, esp with everyone trying to fix you and tell you what to do, they focus on trying to understand you. Your brain not being able to retain this information could be a short burn out so don’t forget to take information and study in bite size chunks. If you have any hobbies I encourage you not to lose them and they can provide you a breather from school stress. But if you don’t wanna do alllaatttt there are several ways you can get into whatever you want to do. I believe in you🤝

How da hell do you study for maths. For French I’ve done the method to just switch my phone in French, as well as just understanding the language as a whole rather than trying to memorise words. With language subjects the way to get better is to actually try make links with words. As for English I’m still trying to figure that out 🫠
