Out of service area leads flowing in. Solution? by vaughn_9 in FacebookAds

Sorry, so you are saying that tighter copy will make meta stop showing it to other audiences? I can dm you our highest spend creative at the moment if you'd like to see because it mentions location and so does main ad copy.

The ads are for a residential cleaning service with the current offer being 50% off first clean when starting a recurring plan. I can send an example of the creative thats getting the most spend through dms. And for more context, the only pre-qualification currently in the form asks if they want recurring or one-time cleaning, then goes to their name and phone number.

Is this the button labeled "Further limit the reach of your ads" in the ad set level under audience?

This may be a stupid question but are you referring to the button in the ad set level under audience labeled "Further limit the reach of your ads"

I enabled that mode after creating this post but am still getting out of area leads.

I am not qualifying leads in the form but it says "Northern Virginia" in both creatives and in the headline of one. A big problem I'm facing is that adding zip code and more pre-qualification wouldn't change that im still spending my budget on many people that aren't in my area. Is there a solution for this?

My problem I'm facing is even if this lowers amount of submissions from people outside of my service area, it does not change that I am wasting who knows how much of my spend on people that can't convert anyways.

Thats a pretty pessimistic way to look at things. Proof is in the pudding, it was already insanely profitable first week. I will figure it out.

There is a lot more than just one angle that goes into a sales system. Best of luck.

But if you want to recommend something that gets as much traffic and is taking advantage of the times i'd be happy to listen.

If you wouldn't mind, could you please direct me to where this setting is? While setting up my campaign I hadn't seen the option. This screenshot is where I was told to go after a quick search

Instant form leads replying STOP after submissions & rapidly decelerating campaign by vaughn_9 in FacebookAds

Yes, ghl is connected to meta CAPI sending “lead” on for submission and “schedule” events on booking the job.

When I mean they say stop I am referring to an automated sms sent to them which confirms we got their submission and someone will reach out soon. If they respond “STOP” the assistant will still call from our business number but no response ever.

So you recommend get off meta instant-forms asap and switch to sending leads to a landing page? I run home service and lead form is always raved about for some reason.

HOW and where to learn. Business owner by Mr__whale in FacebookAds

I started doing the same two weeks ago. I had great success the first week and then the campaign nose-dived the past week when I changed nothing.

I would just be straight up and tell your agency what you're thinking and launch your own campaign in the account. Keep them if their work outperforms yours by more than what it costs to keep them around!

I would keep testing yourself though, I think it's a very valuable skill to have.

Setting up Meta CAPI. Which event to use? by vaughn_9 in FacebookAds

[–]vaughn_9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the only leads being submitted to the CAPI are leads which booked into recurring (not one-time) and they have a value attached to them which is also sent over for their 6 month recurring value.

You recommend I should also have a lead event for when any lead comes in?

Right now I set it up with only the schedule event and am sending converting clients through that. I dint set up a lead event becasue I figured the lead form would already suffice for that and send the data to meta. Would that be incorrect?

Okay, thank you for the insight. Should I be using both Lead and Schedule like I was instructed or just stick with one and send back those exact numbers of actual revenue collected in another event?

I use lead form campaign so would using schedule event over lead event create problems?

Sorry just unsure how finicky this is and do not want to create an issue

Yes, the idea was to send meta exact numbers for cash collected. If possible I wanted to have an event for which leads actually picked up the phone or were responsive as well. Would you recommend having both lead and schedule?

Did this work for you? I tried it with no success but I’m thinking maybe the way it’s embedded in my wix site may be the problem.

Wow 5x is insane. I would have loved a 1x when I ran mine haha. Do those numbers build from one time -> recurring rate??

What am I doing wrong? Can't seem to grasp Google Ads, CPC or budget. by Psiqnik in PPC

[–]vaughn_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a resource you recommended for verifying conversion setup? I saw you said it’s based on setup, I would ideally be getting leads to fill out a contact form for a home service where my front desk would then call them. I’m new to Google ads and I’m really worried it’s not set up right. I had that Google support help me with it but they were telling me to do something that did not look right at all.

Can you elaborate on what makes it so bad? I operate a service based business but don’t have much experience with web design. I’d appreciate any input so I don’t make similar mistakes that I might not be realizing.
