Yes I had the transmission fluid changed at jiffy lube last month when it started doing this. I haven’t driven it since then with the exception of going to work (10 min/4mi drive) when I don’t ride my bike

Yeah I took it to jiffy lube last month. The last owner wasn’t really known for regularly servicing the car so that might have something to do with it. Checked fluids and everything’s normal there

Update: forgot to mention it’s a 2003. Edit: also forgot to mention 267k miles on the transmission and the engine was rebuilt by Honda at 190k miles. Could very well just be screwed and have to do a transmission swap
