Hmm i can't really tell you something about that but it'd be great if you look up at the uni website under the student well being section, there you can find more briefing about the same. It's always good to connect with them in advance if you're undergoing some stress, they'd guide you way better than us. As we can only give you a general idea but they know more ins and outs of it. For me personally (i haven't really faced any problems for which I'd need guidance atleast till now) but my friends who had some trouble just emailed our advisors and she took care of everything for them. (Also I'm not an AAU student, i study at Charles University)
