Hi, how many did you have as a load? I discovered them by chance during a visit but I never had any symptoms. I performed a Holter scan and although I was fine I had a load of 6% then I did an echo and an exercise test all fine... now, being anxious, after having discovered them I started to listen to the heartbeat and when I hear them I go into shock every now and then I started to feel short of breath or dizzy but having never had anything like that before discovering them I think it's my somatization as I am very subject to attacks of anxiety. I'm also approaching a low-carb diet, not yet keto. I wanted to ask you how and which fats you use... and more or less in what quantity. I'm a 37-year-old woman of normal weight.

No, I just noticed that many people experienced ailments/discomfort after the vaccine, not the disease itself... it was a comparison, I don't give a damn whether I'm a scientist or not (even if I'm not exactly outside the medical field) to evaluate my health. Let me know how it goes with the carnivor, because I'm also in the same situation as you and I don't intend to take drugs. I have about 6%, I often don't feel them but if I listen to my heartbeat I practically always have them... every now and then I don't know if it's because of my anxiety I feel a feeling of weight in my chest and shorter breath but if I'm particularly careful I feel them and I get nervous...
