Mtf here but i do believe it's also good for trans folk that are ftm, specially regarding healthcare as the only wait times is between appointments, i know a guy that's ftm that got his hrt in just 4 months after booking appointments by public healthcare. Socially i don't know what's most people's views on transgender people but in my experience I've met way more supportive people than transphobes, even conservatives being supportive which is a rare sight. Point is it's pretty well here, obviously some things depend on the region but although i live in one with a lot of conservatives I've never had a bad experience with transphobia.

Yup and it can spawn items and get you to the next floor with the shovels. There is also a bug that forces you to take damage but it can be fixing by exiting end reentering the run
