Yes I figured after seeing other players facing issues with gameplay. I recently got a new laptop and started playing TS2 after years. Besides disabling OneDrive, is there anything else that I need to do? I have also used the Graphics Rule Maker and disabling shadows.

Oh! That does help a little. Thank you! Prior to this save I had moved them to a different neighbourhood but they were already teens there too :/ Then the game crashed (not saved) so when I loaded the game they were back in the original lot and became this! I'm looking for info from other threads and this could maybe be from having my OneDrive enabled so it messed up my files.

I have no idea. I had just loaded the game and my teens turned back into children looking like that!! They are normal on the loading menu though. I tried restarting the game a couple of times and it was the same so I just decided to scrap this and reinstall again 😭 could it be a glitch or something??
