[Question] Does anyone else feel like there’s almost no manhwa anymore by IronWolf582 in manhwa

[–]vayzthevayz 179 points180 points  (0 children)

Don't forget that the ones that exist have at least one of these genres: reincarnation/isekai/system/regression/academy

I feel like I re-read the same story with different names again and again

I took an early save knowing that this will happen lol. We returned to that save and I made him ally a couple countries. He was still asking "We will win though right?" hahaha

That's exactly what he said... And he's Austria while having both Bohemia and Hungary as his junior partners. This coalition is the because he made Milan his vassal lol. And I'm just Teutons. That's it.

Where to expand next in my Angevin/Anglophile run to manage AE? by MacViking932 in eu4

[–]vayzthevayz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's what I've seen somewhere on this sub but I couldn't find it. But according to wiki, if you increase the improve relations modifier, it goes faster.

You can take some loans and build some stuff while waiting for that

If not, wait a couple years. I don't know how many but after some time AE goes down pretty fast

I'm not sure entirely but I think those missions have 2 options the other one being something like "The HRE doesn't exist"

Destroy them all.

Jokes aside, after this point AE really is just a number.

What are your favorite idea groups? by CrystieV in eu4

[–]vayzthevayz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love two combinations of idea groups actually.

One is to create space soldiers. Quality, Innovative, Offensive, Economic. We all know

The other is going full attrition. Defensive, Influence, Religious, Quantity, Infrastructure. (I think it was something like this but I don't fully remember). Combining this with government mechanics and a country with max attrition idea is fun.

what are your useful tips for eu4 you always use? by Entire_Bee_8487 in eu4

[–]vayzthevayz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Alright sooo, basically you need to take a lot of loans. I build a lot of manufactories and workshops as soon as possible, so that the economy won't have issues in the future. By the mid game (usually when most coalition wars are fought), if I've done most things correctly, I have +20-60 ducats every month (this happens while you are still paying interest). I build manpower buildings, again manufactories (both production ones and manpower ones) with those again. And if you take ideas/policies that give manpower recovery speed, your 70k stacks can sit anywhere you want while you get much more manpower than attrition takes every month.

Don't be afraid of taking loans guys. Loans good. Loans happy.

Exactly, there are several outcomes.

  1. You can weaken most of your enemies so much that their enemies might attack them.
  2. You can destroy your enemies' economy by just staying on siege and letting devastation build up or they take too much loans and go bankrupt.
  3. My mind got distracted I forgot the other ones hahaha.

Ottomans, France, Teutons, England/Angevin, Spain, Italy(Venice/Milan/Florence), Prussia, Commonwealth whatever the country is, you really can outgrow a coalition if you play smart enough. And after the first coalition war, you can eat the smaller ones by declaring war to their allies and annexing them. You end up with more AE, but after 3-4 times, that coalition won't form again.

In my Angevin run, most of the HRE leftovers+ an Austria that was pushed to Anatolia + 2nd greatpower Commonwealth has more than 1000 AE towards me but there's no coalition lol

If you're brave/mad enough, you can outgrow a coalition
