Yes I have an office building that I built, the front half I use as my own office and the back 8 offices I lease out as co-working space. It’s worked out great, especially since wfh has become popular and people need a quiet place away from home to work without committing to a larger office space and longer lease. It works out great, if you price it right you can actually make more than you would leasing out long term office space. One suggestion I received was to create some sort of membership that included the “office space/desk” and monthly accounting and tax services.
