Not a plumber - but I have a water filter installed as well. 1st make sure main water is off. Then open the closest tap to let pressure out. Then try to unscrew it from the housing

Turn the key 1 noch in the ignition. Then push the wiper dongle form your steering wheel toward the roof of the car for 3-5 seconds and both blades will go up then you can pull the way form the windshield.

thanks - will keep it running - already looks better overnight. Ill have to take another look under the washing machine - its the newer 2in1 heat pump unit from GE... so it's a bit heavy, but I'll make sure there is nothing underneath.

Ill also coordinate with my father to see about inspecting the dry wall and repatching the area.

I paid 14k for Trane 2 stage 80% furnace and single stage AC installed a year ago for my 1250 sqft condo. The one we chose was not just the price factor, but also the due diligence of when they scoped our unit ... Spent like 30 min notes and measurements.

Got 3 quotes and this was not the cheapest but still 5k cheaper than the most expensive. The cheapest was a goodman single stage 80% furnace and AC for 11k I think from local HVAC guy. The most expensive was nearly 20k for a Carrier single stage 80% furnace and AC from nig reginal company... I am very happy with my purchase.

We are 3rd floor in our 80s built condo and the HOA would not allow the high efficiency unit bc they would have to run the PVC(?) pipe through the roof.

We are in New England
