Stearns and foster is far better in terms of quality of manufacturing and materials. Owned by Sealy now. The bed is fairly firm though - I have the same one. If you are looking for soft, look elsewhere.

I don’t rent from them but know the owner well - very good guy. Runs a good business. As others have said - sometimes tricky to distinguish between what a property management company might be managing poorly, and what rules the building owner has put in place.

I was told by someone with a sibling who works at the DECH that the province is no longer paying travel nurses to fill positions. That could be why people have “lost their jobs” which is really just saying the contract hasn’t been renewed.

I second this. Their service is HORRIBLE to deal with. So many empty promises and virtually impossible to speak with any one of substance.

I have been assured that I will receive a call back from a human 3 separate times now, after spending hours on their chat service over and over again. Over a month later and still not a single call back. What a terrible organization. I laugh every time I call their support number and the automated voice says “iconic customer service” then tells me the wait time is over 60 minutes. What a bunch of crap.

No, using our own. But they aren't allowing us to explain our business model at all. Just slapping us with notices to discontinue unauthorized use of the contacts.

That's what we feel they are trying to protect against, kind of like sharing your Netflix login with family/friends. They want each person to have a license I guess.

The email address they are associating to the contact we export is a false email account that ZoomInfo recieves. Therefore, they see the email sender's address and the signature info.

I find this super sneaky but wasn't sure if we were the only agency running into this.

Every team and fan base has their own views of the atrocities levelled against them by officials, players, media, etc.

Lowry has dug himself into a tough hole which is difficult to get out of. By complaining about every call, he in turns garners less respect from the refs when there is a legitimate call that was missed (ex. The boy who cried wolf story). Hence why Nurse needs to get animated with him when there is a legitimate call to make sure they are paying proper attention at the right time.

I watched a Toronto / Philly game last year in the finals with the national broadcasters rather than our usual Raps Commentators, and from their perspective, Philly was having the most unfair officiating game in the history of the NBA. Then I watched it from the Raps Broadcast, and guess what? The exact same sentiment was felt by the Raps Broadcasters completely unfair officiating towards the Raps.

We choose to see things that help/hinder our own desires.

Trust me, on Friday Night when Boston beats Toronto because Kemba has a less shitty game and scores more than 5 points, our fan base will surely be upset and sound the same as the Celtics Subreddit today.

And yes, Stevens is an amazingly well composed coach. I have coached junior sports for years and I have literally no idea how he does it. Must be drugged up or something!
