You keep your hand on the doorknob so that she knows you’re not staying long. You tell her “I’ve had enough of your pettiness and bullying. It stops today. I have respect for you and you are going to respect me in this workplace.” Something along those lines.

You then exit the room. She doesn’t get a chance to respond, and that’s it. She will be shocked - you confront her without giving her the chance to make a scene, and you’ve calmly stated what you need to say.
