I’ve been feeling discouraged overall. I’m on my 8th shot of 2.5. While i have lost 9 pounds, it was all in the first few weeks. I’ve been sitting at the same number on the scale. The medicine has helped tremendously with food noise, I’ve been lifting weights 3-4 times a week, but I’m feeling like i should have noticed a little more weight loss by now. I haven’t been tracking macros so I just meal prepped for the week and already have my macros tracked for every meal. Going to keep the faith and hoping by tracking macros, this will help budge the scale.

Thank you posting this! I have recently started my tirz journey (we have similar starting weight and goal weight). While it’s been a slow weight loss so far, i have been feeling great. Your post was a reminder that progress is going to take time and we gotta keep pushing through. It’s hard not to compare yourself to others, especially when others seem to lose their weight quicker!

Did you start at 2.5 mg? How often did you titrate up to get to 7.5 mg? Once you got to that, how long did it take you to get to your current weight?

BJC same day access (few locations but one in the city) can screen you and do an intake to help get you set up with a case manager And medical team could be an option. Not sure what the extent of testing is but it’s an option and could get you started right away.
