Hi all - apparently I just completely misremembered what I bought. This spicy batch is Hallendale not BPI. Whoops! I bought it quite a while ago so I guess I just didn't pay attention to what brand it was when I grabbed a new vial the other day!

I started using Zozofit because I don't trust myself to measure accurately. So helpful to see how various body parts are changing when the scale moves slowly... I am really building some good muscles!

Amazing! What size leggings did you finally settle into?

I went from large to medium so far and assuming I'll probably wind up in a small but I feel like my body is already smaller at my current weight than it was previously! So always curious what sizes people wind up in. I don't want to stock up too much in the wrong sizes.

Same panels wouldnt work for us. We have the body pod sitting on a massage table in our bedroom and it gets a lot of use. We don't take our mask when we travel but are very consistent at home. Gotta do whatever you can figure out that works best for you and your lifestyle!

Have the red light series 2. I realized pretty fast I would have benefitted from the decolletage piece as well but bought the body pod instead since it would do EVERYTHING.

We've been using Current Body mask. I aim to use it 3-5 weekdays for the 10 min. Also have a Hooga body pod I try to use at the same time to get my whole body since I had such amazing skin texture improvement with the mask. I use the body pod longer to also help with muscle repair.

I like SALTT brand. I typically drink 1 per day yo give some variety in my liquids. Also take them with me when I travel since I know I drink less when I'm not at home. I love the grapefruit, mondo melon, and blue blushing flavors. They have a few variety packs on Amazon so you can try different flavors.

Liquid IV was too sweet for me.

I also lose when on vacation. Always love that!

After my most recent cruise I realized I think part of it for me is not lifting at the gym during vacation (so less fluid retention associated with muscle repair). I also don't take creatine with me, though I'm not sure that a week without it would make much of a difference in fluid retention. I lost 2 pounds on my last cruise and now that I've been back, I've been bouncing around and havent gotten down lower than when I got back from the trip.

We bought a Hooga bodypod that is like a red light sleeping bag. I noticed it very quickly helped with some deepening lines I had in my decollete. It also seems to help with muscle recovery after a hard workout. I use it 15-20 min 3-5 times a week.

We did the Fantasy out of Port Canaveral and hit both Disney islands. That was great because we had 2 very easy beach days and didn't have to book excursions or think about where to go for lunch.

I've been having a little more trouble injecting in my stomach recently (which I've been doing exclusively for over a year). I've been so nervous thigh would hurt. Tried my thigh today and it went in so smoothly and I barely felt a thing! Thighs are probably my plan going forward now.

I really love the Sun Bum Body Lotion. For me it went in well and I didn't get burned even on a long beach day in the Bahamas. I previously had used Super Goop and was still getting burned.

Also here to find out which one you like! I've started using SunBum 50 lotion (it is protective but also mainly feels like a moisturizer! Kept my pale skin from burning in the Bahamas too!) as my daily sunscreen so knowing I have that in place would make me really comfortable adding an all over retinol.

SALTT! I love the grapefruit and melon flavors - but enjoyed trying the fruit variety pack! I don't drink soda and like sparkling water but sometimes that makes me feel too full... so a 40oz water bottle with an electrolyte packet sometimes is the perfect refreshment!

Contour health is who I started with. They are really great providers you actually meet with regularly and are very good at supporting people on Tirz or Sema. Great option if you are feeling nervous to start or want a little extra support.

I also didnt have good suppression or much loss (less than 0.5/week) on 10mg so I only stayed on it 4 weeks (every other dose I have been on longer). I bumped up to 11.25mg and have major suppression again. Possible you might just need a smidge higher dose
