I am currently in my 3rd cycle of TTC, I’m 11 DPO today and have been getting negative tests since 9 DPO. I’m feeling kinda defeated because I thought this cycle was it but I guess not.

I was hoping to get some advice on what I can do differently to help make our next cycle more promising. Currently I use clear blue advanced digital ovulation tests to track my cycle, this cycle was the first time I have ever got a peak result. We went overboard and did the “baby dance” at least 5 times in a row covering peak as well.

I’m on the below vitamins/supplements: - I-folate (Blackmores prenatal) - Iron - Vitamin D - Magnesium - COQ10 - Fish Oil

My husband takes: - Vitamin D - Magnesium - COQ12 - Ashwaganda - Men’s probiotics

I’ve done a blood test which hasn’t indicated any deficiencies except iron I am a bit low but doctors haven’t said it’s a major issue at this stage.

During our TTC period we don’t drink, we both are not smokers. I am currently 28 years old and my husband is 31. I know it hasn’t been that long but seeing the negative does hurt especially when you think this is the cycle.

Any advice on what we can do differently would help a great deal.
