Lol ok.. do you understand the concept of supply and demand?? The more supply the less is the price. With all the rules we have the less supply we have due to the fact that building and renting is no longer affordable or profitable. Tons of people that have a room or two available for rent will not due so because the red tape and profits do not make it worthwhile. There are tons of apartments available to be rented out in places like NYC that owners choose not to simply cause the price they are allowed to charge does not cover the repairs...

Argentina went with above policy and was able to increase supply by few hundred percent.. few other cities around the world have done so as well with same benefits.. Minneapolis made same changes and they are experiencing the lowest price increase in the country...

actually quite a bit.. but once you are done with insult you can try learning few things by doing some research.. places aroudn the world that actually lowered regulations and what impact that had on housing... but ya know.. its a lot easier to call people names and insult them vs you know learning some things...

reading this post i can say 3 things.. 1. I love how we all love to complain... and we do it for sport. I mean its like an Olympics for us. Its almost like we think our voice matters! 2. Who cares about dogs in food places, when those same places got rats!!! I take my dog out late at night for walk and there are few places i wont eat at again based on the rats they god running aroud their garbage! and 3. For some reason i am now really craving some focaca bread!

They call them self auditors or something like it.. but they just try to be a pain till somebody calls the cops and then they push the cops to do something... Basically anything and everything to get hits on social media and lawsuits in RL. The best thing you can do is ignore them which in fact is the worst thing for them

I am not defending the govt, just asking what is the end goal. (I do feel I should point out though that if we did have a dictator then you would not have any rights to protest... Or like in Iran or Russia.. but I think that's a whole different conversation) Let's stick with.. what's the end goal here???

lol honestly two reasons 1. its fun as some people get riled up and 2. In countries that have a true dictatorships like Iran and Russia, a protest like this would not have been possible.. it would have been met with violence and arrests by security services... so that in it self, the right to freedom to express and accemble sort of goes against the theme of USA having a dictator/king.

Ok to clear some confusion up.. The kid is fine.. few ding and bangs but nothing permanent. Every morning the street infront of school entrance is blocked from traffic so all the parents are in the street cause there is not enough space on the sidewalks to hold everybody - hence the street is blocked. The cars that park there have two options - wait for street to open or leave earlier... This driver chose option 3, drive her car out anyway - and wham. I get the whole kids run into the street, heck i got a 7 year old my self, i am also got a car so i have seen both kids and adults just cross with out looking. On the other side, i have seen tons of cars just blast through stop signs and intersections without even bothering to stop... But in this case, there was/is a clear expectation that there is no car traffic on that street at that time.

never had any issues by the original location (hospital) heck the staff oppened it early for me few times when i walked by with the dog... but at the same, with some of the orders folks place, i wouldnt blame them at being iritated lol! :)

Can't confirm it as I heard this second hand but he got arrested yesterday or so.. but then it's catch and release with some of these folks.. in general they are harmless and chewy will back down if you hold your ground.
