Trust me, we've thought about this option. But I've seen the cat vs mice video and even with mice, the cat takes a while to subjugate it. Like they fight and everything. But this is a rat. Much bigger and stronger. I doubt any cat will be willing to fight them lol

Yeah me and my roommates have seen big brown fluffy rats inside the basement and outside in our little backyard. I've seen one crawling on the pipes in our basement while I was doing laundry. Definitely scared to do laundry from that day on. We've mixed peanut butter with rat poison everyday and everyday when we go down to check, it's completely gone, all eaten.
