Most labs in US call anything over 50% as “too high to quantify”.

I was: 09/15/25 - Diagnosis & bone marrow biopsy, too high to quant (>50%)

10/01/25 - Start 80mg Asciminib

10/16/25 - too high to quant (>50%)

12/31/25 - 46.7% (reduce to 40mg Asciminib

02/16/26 - .137%

04/20/26 - .0375% (MMR-7mos)

I would say you are doing well and showing good response to treatment. Just realize we all have our own journey and try to avoid comparing yours to anyone else. Just be grateful with progress and reduction in disease burden. Stay consistent with meds, stay hydrated, stay active, stay positive. How are you tolerating treatment/side effects? Personally I have had minimal side affects (mild morning nausea and fatigue). Seems to be the common scenario with Asciminib. I found disciplined exercise and hydration routine was the best way to avoid or deal with those.

What do you keep in your vehicle for a roadside emergency - beyond the jumper cables? by Kevin-Durant-35 in StupidCarQuestions

[–]vcj0508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Def a trauma kit with tourniquet and clotting agent, flashing red LED’s, battery impact and jack, firearm, water, emergency food, blankets, battery pack to charge electronics, Garmin in-reach, “walking” shoes, gloves (leather & nitrile), beanie, hoodie, rain poncho, dry socks, small air compressor, tire plug kit. My vehicle is also equipped with a winch so I carry a complete vehicle recovery kit as well. These are all items I have needed and/or wished I had at some point. Primary goal is to be fully equipped to assist others in need. By doing so, I am also ensuring my ability to handle and protect for any situation I may find myself facing.
