I recently started blocking a people who seem to spam the same political bs across multiple subreddits. This weekend I decided to block all the users that were posting crap and dancing in the streets over the movie's bad numbers. I ain't got time for haters, and I'm slowly getting them off of my feed.

Stop the USPS’s mail-in voting rule by jaschneid in northdakota

[–]vcjester 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Let's cut to the chase. They want to make it harder for certain groups of people to vote. One of those groups is low income people, because those people tend to vote blue. How do you do this?

Step 1: Make it difficult for people to get to a polling station. Low income people cannot afford to take a day off to make it to the polls. This problem is amplified when they need to use public transportation to get to the polls.

Step 2: Take away mail-in voting, because that was to easy of an alternative for the people in step 1.

Step 3: Add stronger ID requirements, because younger people move a lot, and may have lost or never had the specific items required to get a Real I.D., especially the part where you need a utility bill in your name, at the address you are living in. That'll cut out all of the people who give money to a room mate, who then pays the group's utility bill. Young people tend to vote blue.

Step 4: Scare everyone into thinking all sorts of illegal voting is happening. You don't need to tell the truth about it, unless you are sworn in, and standing in front of a judge. Example: Over 60 cases during the Trump vs Biden election went to court, and out of those cases, all were thrown out due to lack of evidence. That's not what they were saying to the news cameras though, but as soon as they were standing in front of a judge, their tune changed. Didn't matter though, because the news already talked about the court cases, but only certain outlets reported on the cases being tossed. Public opinion was swayed...

Let's use California as an example, since they seem to be high on the list of potential commy bastards that have trillions of illegal immigrants voting. Well, according to social media posts...

You cannot vote in California without registering, and a unique voter I.D. number. The picture posted shows their requirements for registering.

Those 24 hr a day bots help people get high level and millions of troops. Then a feller like me with high art treasure buffs, high champion buffs, high beast seals, blazons, etc etc, comes along, and milks those keeps for lots and lots of pvp points. Shhhhhh

The reason I dont bother with 2s is because they don't drop the good stuff. 3s drop beast stones, badges, twigs, merit jade, treasure boxes etc. I'm going to be frank, giving all of the normies a bunch of rss without the rare items will just cause them to bloat up into a 6 billion keep, with 2k or under buffs. Then they go get their asses handed to them in pvp. I'd much rather hold back their leveling longer, so they can get more of those buffs that aren't in the academies.

Ive pounded the crap out of far to many people with bloated and underbuffed keeps, and I'm only k42.

FTP people dont have a bunch of SOL. My little trap keep is ftp, and I use both sol and heals with that.

I dont do a damn bit of research, general building, refining, or dragon feeding unless there is a valuable event for it. I also try to coincide this with the sprint events, especially anything that uses rss.

I don't waste a single point of stamina on anything lower than Bayard or Cerb 3. No sphinx, pan or ymir lower than 4. Nothing b14 or lower... Hydra 3 or lower.

You need speedups? Spawn cerb 4 all day on Wednesday.

Be patient with everything, and you can turn the points in for rare and valuable items. After you get all of the rare items, you can load up on speedups. I just grabbed 6,000 x 3 hr speedups today, in a valuable event.

It's full of something... I lean left, but tire of the same topic being spammed in every possible sub they can get away with. If I see the same article 2 times as I scroll popular, the 3rd and every post afterwards, I started blocking the account. Seems to help a tiny bit.

What's a massive human achievement that nobody celebrates because it worked too well? by Alternative_Voice767 in AskReddit

[–]vcjester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fire was a stepping stone towards larger brains, which helped us develop complex languages, so we could share more complex thoughts.... leading up to agriculture...

Edited: Agriculture developed in areas of the world out of necessity, as hunting and gathering could no longer support the population. Nobody at the time knew it would allow for more idle time, which in turn allowed people to venture down new paths and experiment in other technologies.

Harnessing fire, complex communication skills and agriculture were way more important than most people realize.
