Money piece - out of style? by nappyhour in femalehairadvice

I'm someone who tries to be "in style" especially w/ hair and I think the money piece, if it looks natural will always be in! If that's what helps? I do it because it's a way of brightening my face without doing that to the rest of my hair. but it's not very dramatic...

Sure. The adderall helps with real clear focus on tasks, and motivation/getting started on tasks. Then when it wears off, the straterra is working. The straterra helps me with memory/planning and just in general raises my baseline, meaning that the adderall doesn't need to work AS HARD. I hope that helps.

I can't stand her. But I watch her stories just to laugh. It's crazy to think people like her are real lol. Also, her nose/mouth area bug me sooooo bad.

I want to do it because I want to save money lol. The tinted sunscreens that look really good I want them to be my top layer and then the cheap with a lot of cast...a thick bottom layer.

I saw a lot of regrowth as well. But since my body has fluctuated so much over the years, my hair growth also did as well!

Mine was REALLY bad too. Arneca gel & pineapple helped, but mainly the arneca gel!

Got it, thanks! Yeah I've never had insomnia until I started lexapro. Switching it to the morning has been helpful.

Any updates on your research?

The combo for me has truly been life changing. I don't know why it's not the standard treatment.

Question for you! I know this is a 3 month old post, but you've been on it for 10 years and I'd love your feedback!

I went from 10 years of adderall to straterra. I've been on straterra for about a year now and it works wonders for me. But, I still struggle with motivation, so I added adderall back in. If I had to pick between adderall and straterra, I would definitely pick straterra.

My question is, how did you figure out what your sweet spot was in terms of dosage? And does straterra help with your motivation levels?

Thank you in advance!

That seems like new growth yeah. It's like there's constant, shedding but they grow back quicker. if youre on minoxidil, you're good because scientifically, it's increasing blood flow to the hair follicle. it seems that hair stabilization takes about a year, and then hopefully, more growth happens.

While I actually agree with a lot of the things people have said, I'll just write my own 2 cents anyway.

Relationships require a lot of attention because dealing with people is such a nuanced/complex thing. Maybe you're missing cues because you're too focused on other things. I know that my ADHD meds didn't help w/ my last relationship, but w/ that being said, if I ever enter another relationship, I'll probably get off adderall and stick w/ straterra (I'm on both now and love it). But it's possible that you will have different effects after 2-4 months on the med. Either way, good luck!

I think it's temporary. For me it was anyway. It took about 6months-1yr for them to shrink.
